A number of people have been killed in attacks in Baghdad on the first day of voting in Iraq's parliamentary elections.
One suicide bomber attacked a polling station in the Mansur district of the city.
About an hour later, a second bomber blew himself up in central Baghdad.
The attacks came despite heightened security for Friday's initial voting, ahead of the main poll on Sunday.
Some 700,000 people were eligible to vote early, most of them members of the security forces.
People have to dip their finger in purple ink to mark the fact that they have voted and prevent them from casting additional ballots.
Hospital patients were also among those allowed to participate in the polls ahead of the main day of voting.
Prisoners have also had their say on some of the 6,000 candidates competing for 325 seats in parliament.
