South African judge Richard Goldstone, who led a UN report on the recent Gaza conflict, says there is evidence that both Israeli and Palestinian forces committed war crimes.
Commenting on the United Nations investigation, Mr Goldstone says the report concluded that Israel had committed "numerous, serious violations of International law" during the military operations in Gaza.
The Palestinian attack was "deliberate and calculated to cause loss of life" which also resulted in serious war crimes being committed, Mr Goldstone said.
