Iran's Guardian Council has again ruled out annulling the disputed Presidential election.
Opposition candidates have accused President Ahmadinejad of rigging the vote, but the council has insisted there have been "no major irregularities".
Protests continued in Tehran on Monday, while the country's leaders continue to blame foreign governments for the turmoil.
