Thousands of supporters of the leading opposition candidate in Iran's presidential election, Mir Hossein Mousavi, have defied authorities by protesting in Tehran against the election result.
Iran's Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, has warned Mr Mousavi to only use legal channels to challenge the results.
