Iraqi jailed for Bush shoe attack

The Iraqi journalist who threw a shoe at President George W Bush calling him "a dog" has been sentenced to three years in prison.

Muntazar al-Zaydi said he had done it as a "response to the occupation" and shouted out "long live Iraq" as he was sentenced. He says he will appeal.
