Israeli troops advance into Gaza City suburbs

Israeli planes have attacked more than 60 targets in Gaza as its offensive against Hamas entered its 18th day.

The strikes came as Israeli troops advanced into the suburbs of Gaza City.

International journalists are banned from Gaza but the BBC's Rushdi Abu Alouf has been to the area south west of Gaza City where Israeli troops have made their deepest raid to date.
