Reality TV stars Katie Price and Peter Andre have announced their separation after three-and-a-half years of marriage. The couple fell for each other while starring in I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!

30-year-old Price was, at the time, better known as glamour model Jordan. According to OK! magazine, her real name is Katrina Amy Alexandria Alexis Infield.

Andre, born in England and raised in Australia, scored several chart hits with the likes of Mysterious Girl and Flava. His shirtless dance routines were perhaps more memorable than the music.

Price made the most of her pregnanacy at the 2005 Soap Awards. The couple had two children - Junior (2005) and Princess Tiaamii (2007). Price also has a son, Harvey, by footballer Dwight Yorke.

The stars met Prince Charles, Prince of Wales, after the 2006 Royal Variety Performance. The couple performed their charity single, A Whole New World.

Price hoped to be selected for the Eurovision Song Contest in 2005. Her grammatically-challenged song, Not Just Anybody ("anybody couldn't love you like this") was beaten into second place by Javine.

In 2008, the couple accepted damages over a News Of The World article which portrayed them as bad parents. "Pete and I love our kids and would do anything for them," said Price outside the court.

The pair became a fixture of the celebrity circuit. They often flaunted their relationship for the cameras - and were seen squabbling on their various fly-on-the-wall documentaries.

One of their last public appearances before the separation was at the 2009 London Marathon. Andre helped his wife across the finish line after her knee buckled.
