Charlotte Church meeting five month old Lacey Faulkner at the launch of the Noah's Ark fundraising appeal for the Children's Hospital for Wales in Cardiff.

Church is a patron of the Noah's Ark Appeal, and in 2001 she donated the proceeds of her first solo concert to the fund.

The singer chats with Rhian Donegan and her six month old son Logan, who needs a liver transplant and has been in hospital since he was born.
