Sarah Creemer and Murphy

Sarah Creemer thought electric training aids "sound very cruel". She said: "I go with him to a training school. I do hope they are banned as they don't sound very nice."

Tony Wells and Bonzo

Tony Wells said he would not use them for his dog Bonzo even though he does pull on his lead. "I think they're cruel," he said. "You don't usually see them these days."

Jan Ennis Clark thinks aids are lazy. "I can't imagine anyone who loves dogs would use them. What's wrong with spending time with your dog and training them properly?"

Joan Andrews said she hoped the devices were banned. "Our dog barks a lot but I wouldn't put that collar on her. There are better ways to train them. It's just cruelty I think."
