Traders in Tenbury Wells, who have only just cleaned up after the problems brought by June's floods, again saw water pour into their premises.

The council has booked a hotel to accommodate residents of Tenbury Wells who are unable to go home as a result of the sudden floods.

The A456 into the town was also swamped by the huge amount of rain which fell on Tuesday afternoon, although the water later subsided.

The sudden nature of the downpour meant many people were caught out in the extreme conditions.
