The girls from Skip 2 The Beat gathered on the Pennan coast and limbered up for the attempt to set a world record for people inside a phone box

There was plenty of media interest in the unusual world record attempt in the Local Hero town

As the girls squeezed in they were accompanied by a piper outside the Pennan Inn

It was a bit of a squeeze as the 16 girls filled every conceivable space of the red phone box

The successful girls were relieved to escape and delighted to have set the world record in Pennan
