An estimated 100,000 fans lined the route of the open-top bus tour along Princes Street and on to the team's Tynecastle Stadium. Hearts player Rudi Skacel, who scored the first goal in the match against Gretna, holds the cup in Tynecastle Stadium. Meanwhile, in west London, Chelsea players celebrate back-to-back Premier League titles with a parade through the streets near their Stamford Bridge ground. John Terry and Frank Lampard hoist the Premier League trophy up in front of the club's owner Roman Abramovich. An estimated 250,000 fans paid tribute along the route of the parade which ended at Eel Brook Common, where supporters had been watching the events on a giant screen.
