Amazon kayak diary: Sea-sickness and a milestone reached

Blue Peter presenter Helen Skelton is aiming to kayak 2,010 miles down the River Amazon for Sport Relief.

In her latest video diary, she shares the excitement of breaking the Guinness World Record for the longest solo journey by kayak as she reaches the half-way stage in her epic journey along the Amazon for Sport Relief.

But it's not all going smoothly for Helen - she's also been battling with sea-sickness.
