Building work begins on dam

Work has begun to build a huge dam on Ethiopia's Omo River, the third phase in a plan to improve power supplies in the region.

When finished, the dam will be the tallest of its type in the world but there are concerns about the effect it will have on the surrounding area and tribes further down the river.
