New plans to tackle the Taleban

President Obama is banking on an injection of troops this summer to turn the tide against a growing Taleban insurgency.

In Afghanistan there is an acceptance that only foreign armies can tackle the challenge posed by the Taleban, but there are fears that more soldiers could bring more problems.
