Sewage system workers sit inside a large sewage pipe during a national strike in Dhaka, Bangladesh, 21 June 1992, when the capital city was paralysed.

The strike was called by the "Committee Against Butchers and Collaborators" of Bangladesh's 1971 independence demanding that fundamentalist Jamaat-e-Islami chief Golam Azam be tried for war crimes during the war.
