Rice visits India to ease tension

US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice has arrived in India hoping to ease tensions between India and Pakistan after last week's attacks in Mumbai.

After arriving in Delhi, Dr Rice held a press conference, where she spoke about the role Pakistan can play in combating terrorism.
