Donaldson says under-fives 'more vulnerable' to flu

Sir Liam Donaldson says the government is offering the swine flu vaccine to children under five because they are more vulnerable to complications.

He said data showed a higher number of complications in swine flu patients of that age group than any other, suggesting they were being hit harder by the virus.
