Public health messages about swine flu are not getting through to everyone, says Dr Tom Coffey.

The London GP and hospital doctor says the number of people contacting him with swine flu symptoms has doubled in the last seven days.

But some are still coming into the surgery or A&E rather than ringing for advice.
