The largest workers' union in Jersey is having more meetings with the minister in charge of employment. The Transport and General Workers Union is meeting Senator Paul Routier for further discussions about the island's draft Employment Relations Law.
The law covers codes of practice relating to the rights of both employees and employers.
But some people have said they are concerned the law could prevent workers from being allowed to strike.
Senator Routier will have more meetings with Nick Corbel from the union over the issue, which has been discussed for more than two years.
