Palace showing for Queen hologram
Hologram portrait of the Queen

Jersey's hologram portrait of the Queen is to be displayed at the Palace of Westminster in London.

The piece was commissioned by the Heritage Trust to mark the 800th anniversary of the island's allegiance to the English Crown.

The portrait is made up of more than 200 frames and gives the impression of the Queen's eyes following the viewers as they walk around it.

It was unveiled at the Jersey Museum by Prince Charles.

The portrait has since been on show at Buckingham Palace, the Tower of London, Hampton Court and Scotland's Scone Palace.
