The hide is excellent for watching various birds | A group of wildlife volunteers are making nest boxes and squirrel feeders to raise money to improve two bird watching huts in Jersey. The Action for Wildlife Volunteers are planning to re-design the bird hides near St Ouen's Kemp Tower. One of them was built in the 1980s, the other, which has disabled access, was put up about eight years ago. Environmentalists say the hide is excellent for watching all sorts of different birds.
