In one incident, a 26-year-old man was hit on the back of the head, held in a headlock and punched twice in the face in the Liquid nightclub in St Helier on Saturday.

The assault happened between the men's toilets and the dance floor just before midnight on Saturday.

Later on in the same club, a 29-year-old man was assaulted.

He was treated in hospital for injuries on his face.

On Sunday afternoon, one boy was kicked when he was on the ground during a fight between two teenagers near the trampolines in Les Jardins de la Mer.

It is thought three other boys saw the fight.

Police are asking anyone who has information to get in contact with them.
