Appeal over bogus charity workers

Two men are believed to be making bogus charity collections in the Isle of Man, police have said.

Following complaints from members of the public, officers are investigating the collectors, who have been targeting residents in the Onchan area.

Police said that people should only donate money to workers with a valid licence and identification.

Officers have urged anyone concerned about a charity's validity to contact police.
