The Manx Philatelic Bureau has paid tribute to the heroes of the TT races in a new set of stamps celebrating the centenary of the famous course. The 2007 TT Centenary Stamps and Collectables range will go on sale from 1 January 2007.
Sidecar racing legend Dave Molyneux is expected to do a lap of the TT course on a motorbike carrying 100 signed first day covers on New Year's day.
The stamps will be available from Regent Street Post Office in Douglas.
TT collectables and the first ten covers will be given to TT related charities with the remainder being sold on a first come first served basis priced at �20.00 each.
The TT centenary stamps and merchandise will be available across the rest of the island from 2 January 2007.
