The event will take place in June |
Organisers hope a special multi-media exhibition this summer will bring the events surrounding Guernsey's independence to life. The display, which takes place at Beau Sejour in June, is part of the 800th anniversary of the Bailiwick's independence.
The event will include film, sound, drama and artwork.
Event organisers Sarah Hilton-Smith and Tim Adkins say they will be mixing live performances with other art forms.
Groups of people will be taken through the exhibition at pre-set times by a character acting as their guide.
Performers will interact with the audience through dialogue, song and dance.
Island schools will also be involved in the project through a research competition.
Prizes will be awarded to the best entries and a selection of work will form part of the display.
