Aurora in Guernsey
The cruise ship, Aurora, has arrived in Guernsey.

The ship had been docked at Southampton after 500 of the ship's 1,800 passengers suffered from a stomach bug on a cruise of the Mediterranean.

The ship was refused entry to the Greek port of Piraeus and Spain closed its border with Gibraltar when the Aurora arrived there.

It was disinfected and cleaned in Southampton before the next group of passengers embarked for a three-day cruise of the Channel Islands.

It is due to to visit St Peter Port, but is not booked to visit Jersey.

It is understood no-one will be going ashore.
