Flights resume after new ash risk

Flights in and out of Northern Ireland and the Irish Republic have resumed after being grounded for several hours owing to a fresh volcanic ash threat.

Ministers from across Europe met in emergency session to try to co-ordinate their responses to the problem of volcanic ash in the future.
