Mr Varmalov: "Russian security agents and police officers came to the location of the tragedy."
Representatives of the Moscow local government were also present.
Mr Varmalov: "Here, a woman is struggling to get any information about her relatives but no one knew a thing."
Mr Varmalov: "The place was flooded by security vehicles and ambulances."
Sniffer dogs were also present.
Mr Varmalov: "Everyone was clearly stressed out by the attacks.""
"Police officers were very effective," says Mr Varmalov "When I arrived they had cordoned off the place already."
Helicopters were also on the scene.
Metro exits were closed and secured by police.
"Here is one of the special gloves used by the police," says Mr Varmalov.
