Barroso on climate summit 'disappointment'

Key states have reached what they call a "meaningful agreement" at the Copenhagen climate summit but European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso has expressed his disappointment.

He said it was better than no agreement, but criticised it for being non-binding.
