Irish 'yes' expected for EU treaty

The Irish foreign minister has said it looks like a convincing win for the yes vote in a referendum on the Lisbon Treaty.

Exit polls suggest voters have backed the treaty in a crucial second referendum, and the no campaign has already conceded.
