South Ossetia rebuilding woes

Residents in South Ossetia are still waiting for their homes to be rebuilt, ten months after the conflict between Russia and Georgia.

In parliamentary elections last month, the South Ossetian opposition accused the region's leader of failing to do more to improve the situation.
