Berlusconi's phone call leaves Merkel waiting

Italian prime minister Silvio Berlusconi left German Chancellor Angela Merkel standing when he arrived at the second day of the Nato summit on the phone.

He wandered off, talking into his mobile, and was still on the phone more than 15 minutes later.
