Czech politicians exchange blows

The Czech Health Minister David Rath has been in a punch-up with an opponent during a meeting of dentists in Prague.

Miroslav Macek, former deputy PM, told the audience there was a private matter he had to settle, before slapping Mr Rath.

Mr Rath then called Mr Macek a coward for 'attacking him from behind' before the two politicians exchanged more blows.
