A man suspected of a minibus bombing in Turkey last summer that killed five people has been arrested, reports the state-owned Anatolia news agency. Nine people were detained in Istanbul in an operation against suspected members of separatist militant group, the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK).
PKK has previously denied involvement in the bombing in Kusadasi resort.
Helyn Bennett, of Co Durham, Tara Whelan, of the Irish Republic, and three Turkish nationals were killed.
Turkish police say they seized almost 8kg of plastic explosives and equipment to make bombs and fake ID cards in the raid that led to the arrests.
Authorities have said PKK carried out the bombing, but no-one has admitted responsibility.
Thirteen people were injured in the bombing last July, including 21-year-old Miss Bennett's fianc�, Stephen Stables, 23, and four other members of her family.
The PKK has been staging a violent campaign against the Turkish government for an independent Kurdish state since 1978.
More than 37,000 people have been killed in the campaign.
The rebels declared a unilateral truce in 1999, but ended it in 2004, saying Turkey had not done enough to meet their demands.
