Corsican murder suspect questioned
A prominent Corsican nationalist has been put under formal investigation for alleged complicity in the killing of the leading French official on the island fifteen months ago.
The suspect, Mathieu Filidori, was arrested in Corsica yesterday Wednesday and flown to Paris.
He is being questioned about the death of Prefect Claude Eignac, who was shot dead on the island last February.
