People who live in the Jersey parish of St Peter are worried about the amount of new housing planned for the area. Parishioners are being asked what they think of an application to build first time buyer and social housing on 12 vergees of land near La Ville d'Eglise.
Parish Deputy Colin Egre says the density of the development is concerning people.
He said: "Initially there was a figure of 68 houses and now it's 87 which is a considerable difference.
"That puts very heavy loading on the infrastructure and the potential traffic is a concern to us."
The plans are currently on view at the parish hall.
