| Wednesday, 7 November, 2001, 18:59 GMT Serb general to face Sarajevo charges The international war crimes tribunal has unsealed an indictment against a former Bosnian Serb army general for crimes allegedly committed during the three-year siege of Sarajevo. The prosecutors say the man, Dragomir Milosevic, was responsible for leading a campaign of shelling and sniping which terrorised, maimed and killed civilians in the city between 1992 and 1995. They say his actions amount to war crimes and crimes against humanity. The indictment was drawn up in 1998, but was kept sealed until today, in a effort to facilitate his capture. Mr Milosevic was second-in-command to General Stanislav Galic who has already been charged for his role during the Sarajevo siege.
