In pictures: Macedonia rebellion
The conflict between ethnic Albanian guerrillas and government forces in Macedonia is escalating.

Fighting continues around villages on Macedonia's northern border with Kosovo, while there have also been armed clashes around the country's second-largest town, Tetovo.
