Clifford: 'It's a sad situation'

The star of Britain's Got Talent - Susan Boyle - has been taken to a private clinic in London, after being examined by doctors under the Mental Health Act.

The singer was taken by ambulance from a hotel last night, under a police escort.

Publicist Max Clifford told BBC News it's a sad situation.
