Exclusive access to luxuries in Monaco

The principality of Monaco is offering a deal to the world's richest people: exclusive access in the form of helicopter trips, the best seats in the casino and restaurants, and private shopping in the luxury stores.

To qualify for an invitation you need assets of more than £20m. They call it Concept URI (Ultra-Rich Individuals).

In return, all they require is a little discreet lobbying in the world's corridors of power to prevent Monaco ending up on a blacklist of tax havens.
