| Monday, 19 June, 2000, 15:07 GMT 16:07 UK Actor Ford in plane drama Harrison Ford had to make an emergency landing after the plane he was piloting encountered weather problems on a flight in the American state of Nebraska. The Hollywood actor was at the helm of the six-passenger Beach Bonanza when it touched down at Lincoln Municipal Airport on Sunday night. The US Federal Aviation Administration and the National Transportation Safety Board will investigate the accident. Ford, best known for his roles in the Indiana Jones and Star Wars movies, escaped without any injuries. Wagner sues Spelling for $20m Actor Robert Wagner is suing producer Aaron Spelling for $20m (�13.2m), alleging he was cheated out of profits from Fox's popular teenage drama Beverly Hills 90210. Hart To Hart star Wagner, 70, says he is owned the money as part of a 10-year-old settlement between Spelling's production company and Fox. Wagner claims he and his late wife, Natalie Wood, made a deal with Spelling under which they would submit ideas to ABC for pilots and share the profits. He alleges Spelling was given Beverly Hills 90210 to produce as part of a settlement by Fox when they decided not to pursue another of his ideas, Angels 88, of which Wagner was a part. Rap star held on kidnap allegations US rapper Nate Dogg has been arrested for allegedly kidnapping his former girlfriend and setting fire to a car. A sheriff's department spokeswoman said Dogg, real name Nathaniel Dwayne Hale, was arrested by a Swat team at his California home on Saturday. Sgt. Norine Plett said he was held for investigation of kidnapping, making terrorist threats, domestic violence and arson and was held in lieu of $1m (�660,00) bail. Hale allegedly held his girlfriend against her will, assaulted her and set her mother's car on fire. Hale, Snoop Dogg and other rappers are part of the line up for the current Up in Smoke tour. Jackson stars on walk of fame US actor Samuel L Jackson has been immortalised with his own star on Hollywood Boulevard's Walk of Fame. Jackson has starred in over 70 movies, including Pulp Fiction, Jackie Brown and The Phantom Menace. The ceremony coincided with the release of Jackson's latest film, a remake of the 1971 blaxploitation classic, Shaft. The remake topped the US box office on its opening weekend. Frasier star endures curse of Macbeth Kelsey Grammer, the star of the hit US comedy Frasier, has been treading the New York boards as the lead in Macbeth. But the actor, who stars as a pyschiatrist in Frasier, may need some counselling himself after reading a review of the play in the New York Times. The newspaper dismissed him as "just an actor speaking lines in a melodious bass voice." "You never for a second think that a complicated, conflicted character named Macbeth is up on the stage," concluded critic Ben Brantley. TV hardman Kemp receives ear-bashing Former EastEnders hardman Ross Kemp received a real ear-bashing from two schoolchildren as he launched a children's charity event. The actor, who played Grant Mitchell in the BBC soap, listened intently as noisy Daisy Johns, eight, and Jack O'Hara, seven, made themselves heard as part of Listen to Children Week. Research by children's charity NSPCC found one in five young children felt they had no-one to talk to about bullying and family illness.
