Jennifer Aniston and Owen Wilson in Leicester Square for the film's UK premiere
Jennifer Aniston and Owen Wilson braved a cold evening at the UK premiere of their new film Marley & Me.
Aniston, 40, was dressed in a floor length blue dress with bare shoulders while Wilson sported a navy suit.
The film, which went to number one in the US box office, tells the story of a couple who are taught a few life lessons by "the world's worst dog".
The part of Marley - who ages around 15 years though the movie, was played by 22 different Golden Labradors.
"Cute puppies"
Speaking on the red carpet, the human actors admitted they were not warned they would be upstaged by canines.
"They didn't warn us about that," said Aniston who plays Wilson's wife in the movie.
Wilson continued: "They did not tell us that - that one kind of snuck up on us but you could tell after meeting those cute puppies. She melted on that one scene."
Wilson, who is a dog owner himself, admitted to getting close to some of the puppies involved in the film.
He said: "The main hero dog was Clyde and then old man Marley, who was really Copper - a 15-year-old lab, I had a soft spot for but they all did great."
The film is based on real life columnist John Grogan's best selling autobiographical book.
