The nominees for the 2009 British Academy of Film and Television Awards have been announced in London.
Following up on her Golden Globes triumph, Kate Winslet, has been nominated twice in the leading actress category for The Reader and Revolutionary Road.
"Slumdog Millionaire" and "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button", starring Brad Pitt, lead the field with 11 nominations each.
The awards ceremony will take at the Royal Opera House on Sunday 8th February.
