Reality TV star Jade Goody will undergo a hysterectomy to increase her chances of beating cervical cancer. The 27-year-old is expected to stay the weekend at The Royal Marsden Hospital, central London, which specialises in cancer treatment. Tests performed this week on the mother-of-two confirmed the cancer had not spread. She will also undergo chemotherapy and radiotherapy. A spokeswoman for Goody said: "Obviously she's feeling very anxious." 'Speedy recovery' She added: "She's in the best possible hands and having the best possible treatment. "We're all staying positive and looking forward to her speedy recovery." Goody's children, Freddie, three, and Bobby, five, are staying with their father, TV presenter Jeff Brazier, whilst she is hospital. Her on-off boyfriend, Jack Tweed, was recently jailed for 18 months after being convicted of assaulting a 16-year-old boy with a golf club. Goody rose to fame after appearing on Big Brother in 2002. She was on the Indian version of the Channel 4 show, called Bigg Boss, when she discovered she had cervical cancer. It was the TV star's third cancer scare and followed four collapses.
