The Rolling Stones are currently touring the world |
A Rolling Stones concert which had been due to take place at Belgrade's racetrack has been moved over fears the noise could upset the horses. Serbian animal rights activists had been concerned over plans to sedate 300 stabled horses during the event at Belgrade's Hippodrome on 14 July.
But the gig will now take place in a public park in the Serbian capital.
More than 80,000 tickets are being sold for the concert, which is part of the band's A Bigger Bang world tour.
The Rolling Stones have never played in Serbia.
They had to cancel a concert in 2003 following the assassination of the then Prime Minister, Zoran Djindjic.
They also cancelled last year when guitarist Keith Richards suffered a head injury.
