Rocky Balboa, the latest part of Sylvester Stallone's boxing saga, has kept an iron grip on the UK box office. The sixth instalment of the 30-year-old series took �1.7m to stay in the top spot for a second week.
Leonardo DiCaprio's Blood Diamond debuted at number two with �1.47m, while The Pursuit of Happyness dropped one place to number three with �1.22m.
Comedy Night at the Museum was at four (�1.16m), while The Last King of Scotland took the fifth spot (�0.51m).
Oscar hopeful Babel, starring Cate Blanchett and Brad Pitt, fell from six to seven (�0.43m), during its second week in the chart.
Beatrix Potter biopic Renee Zellweger was at seven (�0.42m), while Casino Royale dropped to number eight (�0.37m) after 11 weeks on release.
Animated penguin film Happy Feet stepped up the chart from 10 to nine (�0.43m), while the chart's only other new entry, Venus, came in at 10 (�0.32m).
