Pictures of Hollywood couple Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes's baby daughter Suri have finally been released. The photos, taken by celebrity photographer Annie Leibovitz, appear in a 22-page special in Vanity Fair's October edition.
One shot, on the magazine cover, shows the parents with Suri peeking from inside Cruise's leather jacket.
The child was born in Los Angeles on 18 April but no pictures of her were released at the time.

The pictures were also shown during a segment of the Evening News show on US network CBS, on which presenter Katie Couric was making her debut.
In an interview inside the magazine, Holmes berates the media for their attitude towards the couple, and ongoing speculation about why pictures of the baby had not been made available before.
"The stuff they say about Suri - you shouldn't say that about us, and you can't say that about my child," she said, and added the gossip "eats away at me because it's just not okay."
"This is my future. This is my family, and I care so much about them.
"To see how someone as caring and good as Tom is, to see how things can just get so twisted and turned around... where does it come from?," added the actress.
