More than 1,000 tickets for Barbra Streisand's US tour have been cancelled because they were bought with a stolen credit card and then resold online. Ten of her 19 concerts in October and November are affected, including dates in New York, Las Vegas and Chicago.
Fans may be at risk if they did not buy their seats directly from Ticketmaster or venue box offices, the agency said.
Anyone holding the invalidated passes, which are listed on Ticketmaster's website, will be barred from gigs.
The tour has led to an "unusually high number of incidents of fraud", according to Ticketmaster president Sean Moriarty.
"It is a serious violation of the law to try to buy concert tickets using stolen credit card information and, when successful, to resell those tickets to unknowing consumer victims through resale websites," he said in a statement.
Those affected have been advised to seek refunds from the unauthorised seller or to approach the police, if they feel this is more appropriate.
