Footballer's wife wannabe Nikki Grahame is favourite to return |
Four former housemates are to return to Big Brother, with viewers of Channel 4's series being given until Tuesday to choose between 10 evictees. All are putting themselves in line to live in a "secret" area next door, with one person then returning to the main house for the programme's final week.
Shahbaz, Dawn and George were not invited while "legal reasons" have kept Bonnie and Sezer away, Channel 4 said.
Meanwhile Mikey Dalton and Susie Verrico are the latest to be evicted.
Mikey, a 22-year-old software designer and model from Liverpool, was the first to leave on Friday night's show, having been the bookmakers' favourite because of a rush of bets.
Susie, 43, had entered the house through a "golden ticket" lottery-style competition, but was also voted out in a surprise double eviction.
Housemates return
Channel 4 brought former contestants Grace, Jayne, Lea, Lisa, Michael, Nikki, Sam and Spiral back to the Big Brother compound.
Mikey Dalton was the first contestant to be evicted on Friday |
All face the public vote, along with Mikey and Susie, both of whom opted to be part of the latest twist in the reality series. Shahbaz, Dawn and George were ineligible because they chose to quit the show and were not actually evicted.
No explanation was given for the "legal reasons" preventing the appearance of the other two former housemates.
Last month, however, Sezer Yurtseven was bailed by police after being questioned about an alleged rape, said to have happened at a hotel in London.
Nikki 'favourite'
The four people with the most votes by Tuesday evening will be sent into the "secret" house.
Golden ticket winner Susie Verrico has been evicted by viewers |
Two days later, the housemates will have to decide which one of them returns to the main house for a reunion with the other contestants. That person will remain there until the show ends on 18 August and will be in line once again to win the 100,000 prize.
Current favourite to return is Nikki Grahame, who declared that her ambition was to be a footballer's wife.
Since her eviction on 14 July, she has signed up with digital channel E4 to present her own show, Princess Nikki.
"The betting's certainly suggesting that Nikki will be back in," said Rupert Adams of bookmaker William Hill.
